Stacy-Ann Wilson
Business Development Director
Stacy-Ann Wilson has over 12 years experience in the marketing industry both as an employee and a Consultant combined. She garnered her working experience with unique brands across the Caribbean, USA & Europe such as Digicel, Stryker Uk, Virgin Mobile, Bryden Pi and Ross Advertising. She has extensive marketing consulting experience with small and medium-sized businesses mainly in business development, planning and branding. Mrs. Wilson's unique mix of skills has afforded her the ability to find a niche offering both Creative Services and Marketing Management Services with a strong focus on Entrepreneurship and Digital Media.
Her contributions to digital media and by extension social media marketing includes the development of the digital media department at Ross Advertising and creating a social media voice for Tash McFash, TSTTs animated brand ambassador for mobile phones. While working in the advertising industry, she was the brainchild behind the Shout-Out Jamaica campaign at the time of the purchase of Air Jamaica by Caribbean Airlines.
The campaign won Gold Addy for TV, Radio and identity design and was well received by the Jamaican public. She has pioneered and is currently involved in the management and development of several website re-design and supporting social media pages for local companies using social media as part of their rebranding strategy. She is also a blogger and online content writer. She has been featured in Entrepreneur Spirit Caribbean and has also contributed to the magazine, her articles entitled “Social Media – How to get It Right” and “Understanding your Target Market.” She is an avid supporter of the arts and has participated as a presenter in workshops geared at using Digital Media & Marketing as growth tools for Artisans through Caribbean Intransit. She was also a guest coach consecutively at Startup Weekend Trinidad 2013 and 2014.

Currently pursuing an MSc in Electrical & Computer Engineering, Mr Brown brings Eight (8)+ years experience to the Odem team. His many accomplishments include the development of an Autonomous Customer Interface (ACI) that allows businesses to have seamless communication with their customers through the use of mobile applications. His business efforts are mainly vested in tutoring, innovation, green technology, and entrepreneurial activities. He loves interacting with persons from different countries and believes that Caribbean integration is essential for the region to move forward. He believes that this development must be self-sufficient including, but not limited to its energy sources and its food production.
Keive Wilson
Non-Executive Director
Fourteen (14)+ years’ experience functioning as a professional quantity surveyor in a combination of highly technical as well as middle management roles with an overlapping five (5) years’ experience as a facilities management consultant; infrared thermography being the area of specialization. Highly skilled in the formulation and post contract administration of construction, facilities service, and maintenance contracts; developing feasibility studies, project cost estimates and budgets, tender documents and evaluations, interim payment certificates, cost reports, final accounts.
